This SLC G-Monster Plus Compact Flash card from PhotoFast uses SLC NAND flash memory instead of MLC memory as well as featuring 533x performance with dual-channel support providing extremely high data transfer speeds of up to 90MB/sec maximum for read and write operations.

SLC NAND memory has a lower density, and as a result provides an enhanced level of performance in the form of faster write speeds. Because SLC stores only one bit per cell, the likelihood for error is reduced. SLC also allows for longer write/erase cycle endurance making it better suited for use in applications requiring higher reliability and increased endurance.
