This is the 2nd generation of the SD format, known as SDHC. The original SD format could only go up to 2GB capacity, SDHC was invented as a new format and can reach capacities up to 32GB. This is a 16GB microSDHC card.


SDHC, miniSDHC and microSDHC are the same thing, just that miniSDHC is smaller and microSDHC is smaller still to suit small devices like PDAs and mobile phones. This pack includes an SD adapter and miniSD adapter. You can insert the microSDHC card into either adapter to increase to uses in different devices.
