NM00680A: SDHC and microSDHC are the same thing, just that microSDHC is a smaller physical size suited to small devices like mobile phones. Hence this pack includes an SD adapter. You can insert the microSDHC card into the adapter and then use it in devices which accept the larger SDHC card. Such devices maybe digital cameras, and modern laptops and desktop PCs have SD/SDHC slots on them.

This makes it much easier to transfer data such as pictures and video from your mobile phone to your computer. Simply take out the microSDHC card from your phone, insert into the adapter then insert into your computers SDHC slot. You can of course use this to transfer data the other way, such as MP3 music tracks onto your phone from your computer. It is much less hassle than using a connecting cable and software for your phone.

microSDHC cards are used in the majority of modern mobile phones, accept Sony-Ericsson phones, (they use M2 Memory Sticks).
